The summer is upon us once again and if the last few weeks are anything to go by this one is shaping up to be another scorcher!
Thoughts inevitably turn to entertaining and outdoor eating and what better way than having a few friends around for a barbeque.
There are so many options now but we think its always best to keep it simple and wood fired barbeques are the hot trend.
The simple theme continues with the food, whether its chicken, beef or fish on the menu, a good marinade and fresh salads are the winning combination!
